If you subscribe via a third party subscription provider, your subscription is linked to your App Store account. This means that we are unable to view your account information as it is managed by the third party provider. In addition, you can only access your subscription on devices that use the same Apple ID or Google Play ID without linking your subscription to a registered account on the website.
