To reset your password on the website:
Click www.independent.co.uk/forgotten-password
Enter your email address and click Submit
Once you receive an email containing the reset password link, you will then need to create a new password
Login using your new login details
To reset your password on the Daily Edition app:
Open the app
Click on the three dots or head and shoulders icon in the top right corner
Click ‘Account’
Under ‘Existing Subscription’ there is a forgotten password link: www.independent.co.uk/forgotten-password
Click this and follow the on-screen instructions to change your password
*Please note that your password should be at least six characters.
To reset your password on the Independent app:
Open the app
Press the 'Login' button
Press 'Forgotten your password'
Click this and follow the on-screen instructions to change your password
