Captcha is a programme used on the majority of websites to prevent issues such as credit card fraud by those who use automated computer programs to hack into systems.
This works by creating tests that only people can answer by using visual images. If you encounter this test, which usually appears if a button is repeatedly clicked on a form, you may be asked to choose certain images that you recognise as traffic lights or shop fronts for example. Please note you may be asked to complete this for a few sequences before being able to progress.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating, but please be patient as this is a vital programme.
